We photograph and scope the damage before anything is repaired, bill direct to every major carrier, and file the supplement when teardown finds more than the original inspection did. We do not decide your claim. What we control is the quality of the documentation that decision gets made from.

Assessment and documentation
We put the vehicle on the floor, pull panels where we need to see behind them, and photograph everything. Hidden damage found now is damage that does not become a supplement argument later.

Written estimate
You get a line by line estimate with parts, labor hours, materials, and the posted rate applied to each. Nothing is bundled into a single number you cannot check.

Carrier coordination
If a claim is involved we deal with the adjuster directly, submit the documentation, and handle supplements when teardown reveals more than the first inspection showed.

Authorization and scheduling
Once the scope is approved we confirm the deposit, order parts, and give you a realistic slot. Special order parts drive the timeline more often than labor does.

Repair

Do you work on my type of vehicle+
All years, all makes, all classes. Class A gas and diesel coaches, Class B and Class C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, truck campers, Sprinter and cargo vans, camper van conversions, box trucks, semi tractors, flatbeds, school and shuttle buses, municipal fleet units, ambulances, food trucks, and mobile business builds. If it is too tall, too long, or built too differently for a general automotive body shop, it is the work this building was set up for. If you are unsure, send the year, make, and class along with a description of the damage and we will tell you plainly whether it is work we take.
How much does a repair cost+
It depends entirely on what the teardown finds, which is why we publish our rates rather than a single headline number. Body and paint labor is $210 per hour, mechanical is $260 per hour, and diagnostic is $285 per hour. Parts carry a 100 percent markup at or under $100 and 35 percent above that. Every service page on this site lists a realistic range for that specific repair, and the full rate sheet including materials, deposits, and tax treatment is published on our prices page. A range is wide because RV scope genuinely varies that much, not because we are being evasive.
Do you charge for an estimate+
An RV systems assessment is $150 and an in depth diagnostic is one hour at $285. Both are credited back against the repair once you authorize the work, so if you proceed the assessment effectively costs nothing extra. We charge because a real assessment means a technician, a lift, and often pulling panels to see the damage path, which takes real time. A number given over the phone without seeing the vehicle is a guess, and guesses are what turn into arguments later.
Do you work with insurance companies+
We bill direct to every major carrier including Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, AAA SoCal, Mercury, Allstate, American Family, Wawanesa, National General, CSAA, Foremost, Liberty Mutual, Tesla, and Cincinnati. We document the damage, submit the scope, communicate with the adjuster directly, and file the supplement when teardown reveals more than the original inspection could see. Insurance billed work may be invoiced at a carrier negotiated labor rate that differs from our posted retail rate.
How long will my vehicle be in the shop+
Light cosmetic work is usually days. A structural repair with paint is usually weeks. A full restoration can run months. The single biggest driver of timeline is not labor, it is parts availability, and RV parts are frequently special order with lead times measured in weeks. The second biggest driver is the approval cycle when a claim is involved. We give you a realistic window once the scope is confirmed rather than an optimistic one at intake.

Our facility is at 23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92887, and we serve Westminster and the wider Orange County area. All work is performed in shop. We do not offer mobile, roadside, or on site fleet route service, because the equipment that makes this work correct, a full frame rack, a booth sized for a coach, and lift capacity for heavy chassis, does not travel.
