OCRV Center runs ten repair programs covering 72 distinct scopes, from structural collision work through paint, fiberglass, roof, slide and onboard systems. Every scope carries a band from the published rate card, and all of it happens in shop in Yorba Linda.

5 scopes

Collision and Structural

Impact damage that reached the frame, the cage or the cap. Insurance billed direct, teardown priced at one hour and credited against an authorized repair. Open the collision and structural program.

7 scopes

Body Repair

Panel, skin and opening work on coaches, trailers and vans. Aluminum, fiberglass and composite sidewalls, plus every hole cut into them. Open the body repair program.

Paint and Refinishing

Full coach refinishing and spot blending in a downdraft booth sized for a 45 foot body. Paint materials bill at $55 per paint hour. Open the paint and refinishing program.

Fiberglass and Delamination

Laminated sidewall work. Where the bond between skin and core has released, how far it travelled, and the point where repair becomes panel replacement. Open the fiberglass and delamination program.

Roof and Awning

The roof is the top of the wall stack, and almost every interior water stain starts there. Membrane, penetration and awning work in one program. Open the roof and awning program.

Slide Out and Leveling

Slide rooms and leveling systems share a failure mode: the coach is no longer sitting the way the mechanism was set for. Both are handled together. Open the slide out and leveling program.

Interior reconstruction, from a single water damaged panel through a full gut and rebuild of a coach that is otherwise structurally sound. Open the interior remodel program.

Everything that runs when the coach is parked. Power, LP, climate, water and appliances, diagnosed in shop with the vehicle on shore power and a full tank. Open the onboard systems program.

How this catalog is built

Programs at root, scopes underneath, nothing deeper

There is no category namespace mirroring these programs on this site. The ten program slugs are the top tier of the service silo, and the scopes hang directly off them. That keeps every page two segments from the root and stops two versions of the same page competing for the same search.

The vehicle side is organized the same way, and the two cross link at every level rather than duplicating each other.

Sprinter, Transit, ProMaster and Class B conversions. Vans lead our intake, and they are the one vehicle class where the body is the structure.
Motorhomes
Class A gas and diesel, Class C and Super C. The largest bodies we take, and the ones where a cap replacement decision carries the most money.
Campers
Truck campers, pop ups, teardrops and overland boxes. Small bodies, thin wall stacks, and failure modes that show up faster than on a coach.
Fifth Wheels
Fifth wheels carry the tallest front cap in the towable class, and that cap takes the weather first. Front cap and pin box work is most of what arrives.
Trailers
Travel trailers, cargo, utility and horse trailers. Frame, axle, skin and floor work on everything that is towed rather than driven.
Commercial Trucks
Box, reefer, flatbed and service trucks. Body and cab work on the vehicles that lose money for every day they sit.
Fleet and Municipal
Multi unit fleets and municipal vehicles, scheduled so units cycle through in sequence rather than all sitting at once. In shop work only.
Rivian and Specialty
Electric delivery vans, Rivian, and purpose built bodies. High voltage vehicles are handled with the pack isolated before any body work starts.

Ten root programs, each with its own scopes underneath it. Nothing sits more than two segments deep, and there is no parallel category namespace duplicating the programs. Pick the program that matches the damage, then the scope that matches the part.

Do I pick the service or the vehicle first?+−

Either works. The service programs describe what gets done, the vehicle programs describe what it gets done to, and every page links across to the other side. Pricing bands live on both.

Does OCRV Center price every service publicly?+−

Yes. Every scope in this catalog carries a band traceable to the published rate card, and the rate card itself is at /pricing. A scope with no published band does not appear here.

No mobile service. Every job happens at the facility.

No roadside assistance and no on site evaluation.

No engine rebuild and no internal engine machining.

No transmission rebuild and no drivetrain overhaul.

No DOT inspection and no DOT certification.

No emission testing and no emission certification.

No telematics installation and no fleet software.

No fleet consulting and no driver training programs.

Everything above is work OCRV Center declines rather than work it performs poorly. The facility is a body, paint, structural and onboard systems shop, and it is an in shop operation.

Bring it in

Insurance walk ins are welcome. The teardown hour is priced at $210 and credited against an authorized repair, so the evaluation is not a cost you lose if the work proceeds.
