Yes. We prepare the drawings, submit to your city building department, respond to plan check corrections, and schedule every inspection through final sign off. Orange County has 34 separate jurisdictions with their own requirements, and knowing each one is a large part of keeping a schedule realistic.

Do I need a seismic retrofit on my home?

Most likely if your house was built before 1980 and sits on a raised foundation with a crawl space. The two classic weaknesses are a mudsill that was never bolted to the foundation and cripple walls that were never braced. Both are fixable, and we can tell you after a crawl space inspection.
